2010 Sydney Motor Show Girls |
 It has been suggested that having a motor show in Australia is a bit of a waste of time. Some argue that with very few concept cars and many brands not making an appearance, you could just as easily go to your nearest car showroom precinct and see exactly the same thing (or more).
I suspect it's this line of thinking that had a few people requesting not so many photos of cars... see the resulting album here. |
 If you haven't experienced the sights and sounds of a V8 Supercar event, you have to do it at least once!
This Sydney street circuit isn't a favourite, and neither is the race category, but for a photographer the colours, movement, and people are art waiting to happen. However all I got were photos of cars and girls! |

Lamborghini Gallardo LP560-4 Spyder |
 Stunning weather and stunning subjects made for the perfect photoshoot to end 2010 with.
Special thanks goes to my friends at Lamborghini Sydney for the loan of their Gallardo LP560-4 Spyder, and of course beautiful Heather who gave up some of her holiday time for the shoot.

V8RACE John Bowe Experience at Mount Panarama, Bathurst |
 A rare opportunity presented itself for a few lucky drivers and passengers when the team at V8RACE set up camp at the mountain for the day on Easter Monday (25 April 2011).
John Bowe, along with special guest driver, Steven Johnson wowed their lucky passengers with hot laps around Mount Panarama, Bathurst in their specially prepared Ford Falcons.
Those lucky enough to get a drive (including this happy photographer!) were supplied all the necessary safety gear, a very experienced instructor (in my case, Allan Shephard of GWS Personnel Motorsport), and a V8 Commodore or Falcon.
